ACZON Farms Ltd is a Ugandan agricultural company developing coffee production and smallholder farmer partnerships, beginning in Eastern Uganda — particularly the Teso sub-region and Serere District.
We exist to build a responsible, traceable, and commercially viable coffee value chain that connects smallholder farmers to international markets while strengthening rural livelihoods and communities.

Farmer Partnerships
We believe in long-term relationships with smallholder farmers — built on consistent field presence, practical training, and genuine commitment to household resilience. We do not pursue one-off transactions.
Responsible Coffee Production
We support farmers in establishing and managing coffee farms with attention to soil health, shade, water, and sustainable agronomic practices — not just short-term yield.
Long-Term Value-Chain Development
Our goal is to build a complete value chain — from farm establishment and training through aggregation and eventual market linkage — that benefits farmers and communities for years to come.

Our Roots
Eastern Uganda — where our work begins.
Our operations are rooted in Serere District, in the Teso sub-region of Eastern Uganda. This is where we are establishing coffee farms, training farmers, and building the foundations of a sustainable value chain.
We chose Eastern Uganda because of its agricultural heritage, its suitability for Robusta coffee, and the opportunity to create meaningful impact in communities that are ready to embrace coffee as a new economic opportunity.
