ARISE is ACZON Farms’ flagship coffee development initiative. It brings together coffee establishment, farmer training, agronomic support, and traceability development to build a sustainable coffee value chain from the ground up.
The initial focus is in Serere District and the surrounding parts of the Teso sub-region — working directly with smallholder farmers to establish productive, well-managed coffee farms and build the skills needed for long-term success.

Farmers learn by doing — planting, pruning, and managing their own plots alongside ACZON field staff — while communities shape how coffee development happens around them.
