Building traceability and sustainability from the farm level up.
ACZON Farms is developing farm-level traceability systems and promoting sustainable agricultural practices — preparing Ugandan coffee for the expectations of international markets and responsible-sourcing partners.
Traceability systems are being developed. We do not claim full certification or full compliance where these have not yet been established.
Responsible Farming Practices

Sustainable coffee starts with how the farm is established and managed. We support farmers in adopting practices that protect soil, water, and ecosystems.
Responsible Land Use
Planning coffee establishment with attention to land suitability, existing vegetation, and long-term sustainability — avoiding inappropriate conversion.
Soil Health
Supporting fertility management practices — including organic matter, mulching, and appropriate nutrient management — that sustain long-term productivity.

Promoting practices that conserve water, protect watersheds, and support healthy coffee plants in Eastern Uganda's climate.

Traceability Systems
From individual farmer to responsible market.
We are developing a traceability system that begins at the farm level — mapping plots, identifying individual farmers, and recording key information about each coffee establishment.
This creates a foundation for plot-level traceability that can follow coffee from farm to aggregation point and beyond — connecting individual smallholder farms to eventual market destinations.

International coffee markets increasingly demand proof of origin, responsible production, and transparency. We are building systems to meet those expectations.
While full certification and compliance are not yet claimed, the practices and systems being developed are designed to prepare ACZON Farms and its partner farmers for engagement with responsible-sourcing partners in Europe, North America, and beyond.
We are in the development phase of our traceability systems. Claims of certification or full compliance will only be made when verified.
