ACZON Farms partners with smallholder coffee farmers to build productive, sustainable farms — through training, agronomic support, and a commitment to household resilience.
We believe lasting impact comes from consistent presence in the field, repeated training, and genuine partnerships with farming families and their communities. This is at the heart of everything we do.

Farmer Support
What we provide to partner farmers.
Our support is comprehensive — covering the full journey from coffee establishment through ongoing farm management.
Training
Hands-on agronomic training delivered through repeated field visits and practical demonstrations. Farmers learn by doing — planting, pruning, and managing their own plots alongside ACZON field staff.
Agronomic Support
Ongoing guidance on soil fertility, pest and disease management, shade management, and good agricultural practices tailored to Eastern Uganda conditions.
Coffee Establishment Support
Helping farmers plan, prepare, and establish coffee farms with appropriate planting material, spacing, and shade integration.
Traceability & Identification
Mapping farmer plots, identifying individual farms, and building the data foundations for plot-level traceability from farm to market.
