Why Traceability Matters

Today's coffee market increasingly demands proof of origin, responsible production practices, and transparency at every stage of the supply chain. ACZON Farms is developing a traceability system designed to connect individual smallholder farms to eventual market destinations.

Farm Mapping and Farmer Identification

The traceability approach begins at the farm level — mapping plots, identifying individual farmers, and recording key information about each coffee establishment. This creates a foundation for plot-level traceability that can follow coffee from farm to aggregation point and beyond.

Preparing for International Expectations

While full certification and compliance are not yet claimed, the systems being developed are designed to prepare ACZON Farms and its partner farmers for the expectations of international coffee buyers and responsible-sourcing partners.
