Establishing a productive coffee farm begins long before the first seedling goes into the ground. In Serere District, ACZON Farms is working with farmers to plan their plots carefully — considering shade, soil health, water management, and long-term sustainability.
Planting Material Support
Access to quality planting material is one of the most important factors in building a productive coffee farm. ACZON Farms is working to support farmers with appropriate Robusta planting material suited to the conditions of Eastern Uganda.
